Products, prices and orders
Current product listings and selected variations show the available choices, price and stock. Photography, lighting and screen settings can affect how a colour appears. Product-specific descriptions and measurements take priority over general styling guidance. A submitted order is reviewed for stock, delivery and payment arrangements, and the team normally confirms it by phone before dispatch. If a listing error or stock problem affects the order, we contact you to agree a solution rather than silently substituting a product.
Payment and delivery
Use only the confirmed payment methods. The checkout shows the order total and applicable delivery charge. Delivery estimates and exceptions appear in Shipping & Delivery. Keep your contact and delivery details accurate; report a change before parcel preparation.
Cancellation, exchanges and refunds
Read Cancellation & Changes, Exchange Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Restrictions on preference returns must be disclosed before purchase. They do not remove legally required remedies for wrong, defective or damaged items. A refund or stock adjustment is confirmed by the team rather than assumed from a support message alone.

Keep login credentials and OTPs private. Use accurate order information and do not misuse the website, interfere with security or submit another person’s private data without a lawful reason. ZYNOOR and RONGNOVA content, branding and software must not be misrepresented or used without the necessary permission. Wholesale, reseller and corporate orders follow an agreed quotation and any specific written terms. Updates to these terms apply as published, without removing rights already attached to an accepted order.
