Delivery estimates
Standard estimates are 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–3 days outside Dhaka after confirmation and dispatch readiness. Natural disasters, national disruption, campaign volumes or courier conditions can add one or two days or more. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Preorder timing must be disclosed in the relevant listing or confirmed before accepting the order.
Delivery charges and campaigns
The standard ZYNOOR delivery charge is BDT 70 inside Dhaka and BDT 130 outside Dhaka. Check the final charge at checkout for your order, including any supported courier or zone arrangement. Free delivery applies only when a published offer and the checkout confirm it; no permanent free-delivery promise applies. We will not add an undisclosed remote-area charge after you agree to the order.
Receiving your parcel
Keep your phone reachable. Cash on Delivery is available under the order’s payment terms. If you wish to inspect and return while the rider is present, tell the rider before completing delivery and pay the applicable delivery charge. For a missed delivery, an address correction or an unexpected delay, contact support with your order number.
